How Do I Enable Image Compression in WordPress?

Image compression is a great way to save on bandwidth and storage space. However, some people may not want their images compressed.

In that case, they can enable image compression in WordPress.

To do this, navigate to the WordPress Administration area and click on the Media menu item. This will open the Media Settings page.

Scroll down to the Image Compression section and click on the Enable link. This will open the Image Compression Settings page.

On this page, you will have the option to choose whether to compress all images or just the images used in the post. You can also specify a compression level.

If you want to disable image compression, you can uncheck the box next to Enable Image Compression.

When you are done customizing the settings, click on the Save Changes button.
