How Do I Manually Install WordPress in cPanel?

WordPress is a popular content management system that enables you to create a website or blog from scratch, or to improve an existing website. WordPress is available as a free and premium software package, and can be installed on a wide range of platforms, including cPanel.

To install WordPress on cPanel, first open cPanel and navigate to the Applications section. Under the WordPress category, you will find the WordPress installer.

Click on the installer to open it.

In the WordPress installer, you will first be prompted to choose a destination for your WordPress installation. You can choose to install WordPress on your server directly, or you can use a hosting provider’s distribution of cPanel to install WordPress on their server.

Once you have chosen your installation destination, you will be asked to provide your cPanel username and password. WordPress will then begin the installation process.

When the installation is complete, you will be prompted to choose a name for your WordPress site. You can then decide whether to activate WordPress or not.

If you decide not to activate WordPress, you will be able to visit your WordPress site later to do so.

If you decide to activate WordPress, you will be asked to provide your site’s administrative information. This information includes your site’s domain name, email address, and password.

You will also be asked to choose a username and password for your WordPress site.

Now that you have installed WordPress on your cPanel server, you can start creating your own websites or blogs! If you have any questions about how to install WordPress on cPanel, or if you need help setting up your WordPress site, please feel free to contact us at cPanel Support.
