If you want to create a menu in WordPress, you first need to create a page. To create a page, go to your WordPress site’s main menu and click on Pages.
On the Pages page, click on the Add New Page button. In the Page Title field, type a page title, such as “Menu Setup”.
In the Page Content field, type a brief description of the page. In the Menu Item Fields section, click on the Menu Item link next to the Field 1 label.
This will open the Menu Item Editor.
In the Menu Item Editor, type a menu item title, such as “Page Title”. In the Field 1 field, type the title of the page that you want to link to.
In the Field 2 field, type a link to the page. Click on the Save Menu Item button.
