How Do I Edit a Table in WordPress?

Table editing in WordPress is relatively straightforward. To start, navigate to the table you want to edit in your post or page, and click the “edit” link next to it.

This will open the table’s editing window.

To add or remove columns, drag and drop them into the table. To change the table’s column widths, drag the right edge of the column header. To change the table’s row widths, drag the left edge of the row header. To change the table’s alignment, drag one of the table’s column headers to the left or right.

To change the table’s cell padding, drag one of the table’s column headers to the left or right. To change the table’s cell height, drag one of the table’s row headers to the top or bottom.

To format the table, click the “Format” link next to the table’s name. This will open the table’s formatting window. To change the table’s font, color, and size, click the “Format” link next to the table’s name and then click the “Font”, “Color”, and “Size” buttons. To change the table’s alignment, click the “Align” button and then drag one of the table’s column headers to the left or right.

To change the table’s cell padding, click the “Padding” button and then drag one of the table’s column headers to the left or right. To change the table’s cell height, click the “Height” button and then drag one of the table’s row headers to the top or bottom.

When you’re done formatting the table, click the “OK” button to save your changes and close the editing window. To preview your changes, click the “Preview” link next to the table’s name.

If you’re happy with the changes, click the “Publish” button to publish the post or page with the table in it. If you’re not happy with the changes, click the “Edit” button to go back to the table’s original editing window and make more changes.

If you want to save the table’s changes without publishing the post or page, click the “Save” button and then enter a filename for the table’s changes.
