How Do I Change My WordPress Site to SSL?

SSL or Secure Socket Layer is a cryptographic protocol that ensures the confidentiality and integrity of data transmissions across the Internet. In order for a site to be SSL-enabled, the site’s administrator must install and configure an SSL certificate.

After installing the SSL certificate, the administrator must configure the site’s DNS settings to point to the certificate’s domain name. Finally, the administrator must update the site’s WordPress settings to use the SSL certificate.

To change your WordPress site to SSL:

1. Install and configure an SSL certificate.

2. Point your WordPress site’s DNS settings to the SSL certificate’s domain name.

3. Update your WordPress settings to use the SSL certificate.
