How Do I Install WordPress Duplicator?

Installing WordPress Duplicator is a breeze. After downloading the plugin and installing it, you will need to activate it. To do this, click on the Duplicator icon in the WordPress admin area and select the Activate Duplicator button.

You will then be prompted to enter your WordPress account credentials. After you have logged in, you will see the Duplicator options screen.

On this screen, you will be able to select the source folder where your WordPress files will be copied. You can also specify the destination folder where the duplicated files will be stored.

Finally, you will need to specify the number of copies you want to create.

Once you have completed these settings, click on the Start Duplication button. WordPress Duplicator will begin copying your files.

Depending on the size of your source files, this process may take a few minutes or hours. When it is finished, you will be notified of the results.

If everything went according to plan, you will now have duplicated files in the destination folder. You can obviously use these files to restore your original WordPress site if something goes wrong.

But remember, you should always back up your site before making any changes. In the unlikely event that you need to restore your site from a backup, duplicating your site will save you a lot of time and hassle.
