Where Do I Find Custom Fields in WordPress?

Custom Fields are a great way to give your WordPress site specific information that is not available in the standard WordPress fields. By adding custom fields to your posts and pages you can easily add extra information to your content that can be used for sorting, filtering, and other customizations.

To add a custom field to your WordPress site, first go to the Posts & Pages screen and click on the Add New button. In the Add New Page or Post Custom Field dialog box, you will need to provide a name for your field, a description of what the field will store, and a default value.

You can also choose to specify whether the field is required or not.

Once you have completed the custom field setup, you will need to add a row to your posts or pages using the WordPress post editor. To add a custom field to a post, select the Posts tab and then click on the Add New Post button. In the Add New Post dialog box, select the Posts category you want to add the field to, and then click on the Add New Custom Field button.
