How Do You Edit Tags on WordPress?

When you create a post or page on WordPress, you can add tags to help you find and categorize your content. Tags are like keywords, only you can add as many tags as you like to a post or page.

To add a tag to a post or page:

1. Click the post or page’s title in the WordPress editor.

2. On the right side of the screen, under “Type a Title Here,” type the tag you want to add.

3. Click “Add a Tag.”

4. Type the name of the tag, and then click “OK.”

5. The tag will be added to the post or page.

6. To see all the posts and pages with the tag you added, go to the “Posts” or “Pages” screens in the WordPress editor, and look for the tag in the list of tags.

7. To see all the posts and pages with the tag that includes your post or page, go to the “All Posts” or “All Pages” screens in the WordPress editor, and look for the tag in the list of posts or pages.

8. To edit a tag, go to the “Posts” or “Pages” screens in the WordPress editor, and find the post or page with the tag you want to edit.

9. On the right side of the screen, under “Tag Name (or [post_title] for Pages),” type the new tag name.

11. The tag will be changed in the post or page, and the “Tags” list in the WordPress editor will show the new tag name.
