How Do I Restore My WordPress Site From GoDaddy?

If your WordPress site is hosted with GoDaddy, you may have to restore it from a backup if it becomes inaccessible. To do this, you will first need to login to your WordPress site using your WordPress account credentials.

Once you are logged in, click on the “Backup” link in the site’s header bar. This will open the WordPress backup page.

Click on the “Restore” button on the page to start the restore process. GoDaddy will first ask you to select a date to start the restore from.

You can also choose to restore only the latest backup, or all of your backUPS. Once you have selected a date and backup file, GoDaddy will start the restore process.

Please note that restoring a WordPress site from a backup will overwrite any existing content on the site. If you need to keep any content on your site, you will need to create a new post or update an existing post before restoring the site.
