How Do I Find the WordPress Site Key?

WordPress site keys are unique strings of characters that identify a WordPress site. To find a WordPress site key, you can use the wp-admin tools or a third-party tool.

To use the wp-admin tools, go to the Site Settings page and select the site you want to find the key for. On the Site Settings page, under the Site Details section, you will see the Site Key listed next to the Site Name.

To find the key using a third-party tool, you will need to first find the WordPress site’s public IP address. You can find this information by going to the Site Settings page and clicking on the IP Address link next to the Site Name.

The public IP address will be listed in the IP Address field.

Once you have the public IP address, you will need to use a reverse DNS lookup tool to find the site’s hostname. For example, if the public IP address is 192.168.1.101, you would use a reverse DNS lookup tool, such as DynDNS, to find the hostname for the WordPress site, which would be wp-admin.
