How Do I Enable Post Revisions in WordPress?

When you make changes to a post on WordPress, you can save the changes as a new version of the post. WordPress then updates the post’s database record to include the new version.

When you publish the post, WordPress updates the post’s database record and the changes are live to the public.

If you want to keep track of the changes you make to a post and also make them available to other WordPress users, you can enable post revisions. To enable post revisions, go to the WordPress Settings page and under the “Posts” heading, click the “Revisions” link.

On the “Revisions” page, you can turn on the “Enable post revisions” checkbox and then enter a post ID. WordPress will then save all the changes you make to the post and make them available to other WordPress users.
