Under the Image Display section, you’ll find the Thumbnail setting. To enable thumbnail generation, set the value to Yes.

Once you’ve enabled thumbnail generation, you can add thumbnails to your posts and pages by clicking on the Upload Thumbnail button (located beneath the Add Media button on posts and pages). Once you’ve uploaded your thumbnail, you’ll be able to select a default thumbnail size (in pixels) and a default filename.

You can also specify a custom filename and size if you want.

To edit a thumbnail, first locate it by clicking on the thumbnail image that you uploaded. Then, click on the Edit Thumbnail button.
