How Do I Edit a Post Page in WordPress?

Beginning WordPress users might be wondering how to edit a post page. In general, all posts are initially placed on the post page, which is the main page of your website. To edit a post, follow these steps:

1. Click on the post you wish to edit.

2. On the post’s main editing screen, you will see a number of options.

3. To the right of the “Title” field, you will see an “Edit” button.

Click on this to open the post’s editing screen.

4. On the editing screen, you will see the post’s title, meta information, and the post content.

You can also add a comment to the post, or delete it.

5. To the right of the “Content” field, you will see a number of options.

You can add a new paragraph, add a link, or change the post’s date.

6. To the right of the “Publish” field, you will see a number of options.

You can add a new post, or change the post’s publish date.

7. Click on the “Publish” button to save your changes and publish the post.

8. If you made any changes to the post’s content, you will need to click on the “Update” button to refresh the post’s content on the front-end of your website.

9. Click on the “Home” button on the post’s main editing screen to return to the post’s main page.

10. Congratulations! You have edited your post.
