Creating a support ticket in WordPress is relatively straightforward. After logging in to your WordPress account, you will need to locate the “Support” menu item in the admin area.
From here, you will be able to access the “Support” ticket system.
To create a new support ticket, you first need to select the type of ticket you wish to create. This can be either a bug report or a question.
After selecting the type of ticket, you will be prompted to enter the details of your issue.
To add information to your ticket, you will first need to login to your WordPress site. After logging in, you will be able to access the “Posts” menu item.
From here, you can access the “Ticket Posts” page.
On the “Ticket Posts” page, you will be able to add information about your ticket. This includes the title of your ticket, the issue you are experiencing, and a brief description of the issue.
To add attachments to your ticket, you will first need to upload the files you wish to include in your ticket. After uploading the files, you will be able to add a “File Attachment” to your ticket.
After adding the necessary information to your ticket, you will be able to submit it. To do so, you will need to click on the “Submit” button.
