From here, you can access the “Ticket Posts” page.

On the “Ticket Posts” page, you will be able to add information about your ticket. This includes the title of your ticket, the issue you are experiencing, and a brief description of the issue.

To add attachments to your ticket, you will first need to upload the files you wish to include in your ticket. After uploading the files, you will be able to add a “File Attachment” to your ticket.
