How Do I Change the Featured Image Settings in WordPress?

Changing the Featured Image Settings in WordPress

If you’d like to change the featured image settings in WordPress, there are a few methods you can use. The simplest way is to go to the Settings page and under the Appearance section, click on the Images tab.

Here, you’ll find a list of all the images on your site, as well as the option to change the featured image.

If you’d like to change the featured image on a specific post or page, you can use the post’s edit screen (click on the post’s title in the main WordPress screen, then click on the Edit link in the toolbar at the top of the screen). Here, you’ll find a field called Featured Image, where you can enter the URL of the new image.

Finally, you can also use the WordPress media manager to change the featured image on a specific post or page. To do this, first click on the Post Details tab on the post’s main screen, then under the Media section, click on the Edit link next to the Featured Image field.

Here, you’ll find the same options as for the edit screen mentioned earlier, plus the option to change the image’s size and position.
