How Do I Change the Expiry Time of a WordPress Session?

When you create a WordPress session, you can specify an expiration time for the session. After the expiration time has passed, the session is deleted.

To change the expiration time for a WordPress session:

1. Open your WordPress site in your web browser.

2. Click the Log In link in the top left corner of the screen.

3. In the Log In form, enter your username and password.

4. On the left side of the screen, click the Settings link.

5. On the Settings page, click the WordPress Sessions link.

6. On the WordPress Sessions page, click the Add New Session button.

7. In the Add New Session form, enter the following information:

• Name: The name you want to give the session.

• Date & Time: The date and time you want the session to expire.

• Description: A brief description of the session.

8. Click the Create Session button.

9. The session is now created and is ready to use.

10. To use the session, click the name of the session in the WordPress Sessions list.

11. The session will open with the content you last viewed in the WordPress site.

12. To expire the session, click the Expired Session link next to the session name.

13. The expiration date for the session will be updated.

14. To delete the session, click the Delete Session button.

15. The session is now deleted.

16. To view the expiration date for all your WordPress sessions, click the Expired Sessions link in the WordPress Sites list.

17. To restore a deleted WordPress session, click the Restore Session button.

18. The session will be restored with the last data you saved in it.

19. To change the expiration time for a specific session, click the Edit Session button next to the session name.
