How Do I Change My Password in WordPress Database?

How to Change Your WordPress Password

If you’ve forgotten your WordPress password, or just want to change it, there are a few different ways to do it.

First, you can use the password reset feature. To do this, go to your WordPress admin area and click on the “Security” link in the left-hand navigation.

There, you’ll find the “Password Reset” link. Click on it to open the password reset form.

Next, you can use the password reset form on the WordPress website. To do this, go to the login screen and enter your email address and password.

Then, click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the lower-right corner of the screen. This will take you to the password reset form.

Finally, you can change your password directly in the WordPress database. To do this, first make sure you have the correct access to the database. Then, open the WordPress database in a text editor like MySQL Workbench (available for free at http://dev.mysql.

com). Near the top of the file, you’ll see a line that says “password.” On that line, change the password to the new password you want to use. Then, save the file and restart WordPress to apply the changes.
