In order to add archive to WordPress, first you need to install the WordPress Archive plugin. Once installed, you will see the Archive metabox on the Posts tab of your WordPress Admin area. To add an archive post, simply enter the post title into the text field, and click on the Add button. You can also enter the post date and time into the fields and hit the Save button.
WordPress will then create a post with the title and date/time information entered into it, and will add an archive link to the bottom of the post. You can now select the post and click on the Archive link to view the post contents.
