How Do I Add a Taxonomy Image in WordPress?

Adding a taxonomy image to your posts and pages in WordPress is easy, but there are a few things to keep in mind. To add a taxonomy image, first go to the post or page where you want to add the image, and click the “add media” button.

From the drop-down menu, select “image.”.

You will now be able to browse your computer for any images that you have saved in your WordPress media library. Select the image that you want to use, and click the “insert” button.

WordPress will now place the image on the post or page where you placed it, and it will also give you the option to add a caption to the image.

If you want to use a custom image for a taxonomy, you will first have to create a custom taxonomy in WordPress. To do this, go to the “wp admin” website, and click on the “taxonomies” link in the left-hand menu.

This will open the “taxonomies” page, where you will be able to create a new taxonomy. On this page, you will need to give the taxonomy a name, and then select a category from the “categories” drop-down menu.

Next, you will need to add a “term” to the taxonomy. This is simply a word or phrase that you will use to identify the category of content that you want to include in your image gallery.

To do this, click on the “add term” button, and enter the word or phrase that you want to use for the category.

Finally, you will need to add a “image” category to your taxonomy. This is where you will add the images that you want to include in your gallery.

To do this, click on the “add category” button, and enter the name of the category that you want to use. WordPress will now display a list of all of the images that are in your WordPress media library, and you can select the image that you want to use for your gallery.

Once you have added the image and the category, you can finalize your post or page by clicking on the “publish” button. WordPress will now add the image and the category to the post or page, and it will also give you the option to add a caption to the image.
