How Do I Add a New Menu in WordPress?

Adding a new menu in WordPress is a simple process that can be done with a few clicks. To begin, open up your WordPress admin area and click on the “Menu” button in the top left corner of the screen.

This will open up a list of all of the menus that are currently available in your website.

Next, you will need to select the “Add New Menu” button located above the list of menus. This will open up a new screen where you can enter the name for your new menu and select the slug (or label) for it.

Once you have entered these details, click on the “Save Menu” button to finish.

Now that your new menu has been created, you will need to associate it with a specific post or page. To do this, first click on the “Menu” button again and this time select the “Associate a Menu with This Post” option.

This will open up a new screen where you can select the post or page that you want the new menu to appear on. Once you have selected the post or page, click on the “Save Menu” button to finish.

Finally, you will need to add a new menu item to your new menu. To do this, click on the “Menu” button again and this time select the “Add New Menu Item” option.

This will open up a new screen where you can enter the name for your new menu item and select the slug (or label) for it. Once you have entered these details, click on the “Save Menu Item” button to finish.

Now that your new menu has been added, you can use it to easily access all of the menu items that are available in your website. If you ever need to change the name or slug of your menu item, you can do so by clicking on the “Menu” button and selecting the “Edit Menu Item” option.
