WordPress editors can add users by following these steps:

1. Log into the WordPress site you want to add users to.

2. Click the “admin” menu item on the left side of the screen.

3. Click “Users” on the right side of the screen.

4. Click the “Add New User” button.

5. Enter the user name and password, and click the “Create User” button.

6. The new user will be added to the Users page, and will have the same privileges as any other user on the site.
